About crushed refractory boiler bed sand:
Circulating Fluidised Bed Combustion (CFBC) boiler and Fluidised Bed Combustion (FBC) boiler both requires boiler bed material to circulate heat in the operating system. The temperature varies from 500°C to 1400°C for which different types of boiler bed media or boiler bed sand is required. Crushed refractory bed material is used for boilers having operating temperatures below 1400°C. Our boiler bed sand are made from virgin high alumina blocks and not from pre-sued fire bricks. Further, we are maintaining less impurities. Impurities of iron can be controlled as per demand of customer.
